Join Southern Elite Steppaz and Saddle Bag Boyz for the 2026 Cancer Walk on Saturday, October 17, at the Hancock County Courthouse in Sparta. This community event brings people together to support those affected by every type of cancer while celebrating strength, hope, and survivorship. Registration will be held from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m., followed by the walk from noon to 6:00 p.m. Event T-shirts are available for $20 in sizes small through XL and $25 in sizes 2XL through 5XL.
