Celebrate National Chess Day at the Lake Sinclair Branch Library on Saturday, October 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Chess enthusiasts of all experience levels are invited to enjoy friendly games, practice strategies, and connect with other local players. Whether you are learning how each piece moves or looking for a challenging match, this welcoming program offers an enjoyable way to sharpen your thinking and spend time with the community. Bring a friend or meet a new opponent at the board. Stop by during the event hours and celebrate one of the world’s most enduring strategy games this October.
