Terms and Conditions for Murals & mimosas Walking Tour

1. Booking and Payment

All tour reservations must be booked in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or for no-shows.

3. Participant Requirements

Participants must be at least 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages and provide a valid ID if requested.

All participants are required to wear comfortable walking shoes and suitable clothing for the weather.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in the tour, attendees agree to release and hold harmless the tour company, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the tour.

5. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any relevant health conditions prior to the tour.

Attendees agree to follow safety guidelines provided by the tour guide and assume personal responsibility for their actions.

6. Changes to the Tour

The tour company reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary or cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or emergencies. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Photography and Media

By attending the tour, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform the tour guide at the start of the tour.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards the guide and fellow attendees. The company reserves the right to remove any participant causing disruptions without a refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.
