Celebrate the season at Greensboro’s annual Lighting of the Tree on Friday, December 4, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Gather with family, friends, and neighbors for a cheerful evening in the heart of downtown. Enjoy live entertainment on the community stage, visit with Santa and his elves, create something festive during arts and crafts activities, and grab a delicious bite from local food vendors. The excitement builds as the community comes together to illuminate Greensboro’s holiday tree and welcome Christmas in true hometown style. Make plans to join the fun and begin the season with cherished memories with loved ones.
