Families are invited to join Milly the Trolley on Saturday, October 25 at 11:30 a.m. for a fun-filled adventure designed for young explorers! This month’s children’s tour features stories about things that go “vroom” and a visit to the Baldwin County Airport for an exciting look at airplanes. Perfect for ages 3–8, this trolley ride blends learning, imagination, and discovery.

Downtown Eatonton is closing out summer with a sweet celebration on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 29. Families and kids are invited to stop by for free popsicles (while supplies last), courtesy of the Eatonton Main Street Advisory Board. It’s a perfect way to cool off and enjoy the final days of summer before school begins.

To add to the fun, shoppers can take part in a Downtown Receipt Raffle. Anyone who presents a receipt dated July 29 from any Downtown Eatonton business—regardless of the amount—will receive one raffle entry per receipt for a chance to win a swag bag full of goodies. Winners will be announced and contacted the following week.

The City of Milledgeville presents the 4th of July Independence Day Firework Celebration on Friday, July 4th at just after dark on the campus of Central Georgia Technical College!

The parking lot at the campus will be closed off for the event. Suggested viewing areas for the fireworks include Walter B. Williams park and the parking lot of the Board of Education.
