Sparta-Hancock County Library is hosting a free hour long educational event for kids called The Basics of Bees starting at 10:30 a.m. every Friday from June 4th to July 2nd.

The Basics of Bees is a 5-Week Learning Program taught by Caroline Lacksen, M. Ed. for elementary age children. The classes include: The Basics of Bees, Inside the Hive, Honey, Beekeeping and Pollinator gardening.
